How does the Strong Mama Plan work?
Your Initial Consultation
In your consultation we will talk about your goals, exercise experience and your pregnancy or postnatal recovery. So that I can create the best plan for you.
All of your workouts are housed in our mobile app, along with your goals, progress, workout calendar, exercise videos and direct messenger to Lucy.

Yes! I’m a pre & postnatal corrective exercise specialist and I work with women during their pregnancies. When starting we have an initial consultation where I can find out more about your pregnancy and what stage you are at, then I design you a personalised workout plan that best supports you.
Yes you can – I will be able to create a personal workout plan that will heal you heal and manage your diastasis. Helping you to feel confident exercising and educating you all about it.
You can either choose the monthly plan, where £89 will be taken on the 1st of the month for three months or you can make a one off investment of £240 (a saving of 10%).
This is suitable for all levels of exercise experience, the exercise videos show you clearly and simply how to do each exercise, with coaching tips. We will talk through your experience in your consultation and I will use this when creating your plan.
Yes! I only ever take on four ladies at a time for this plan so I can give you my full attention. You can ask questions at any time using the app, send them with your weekly email check in or ask me during our two weekly video progress calls.
