Strong Mama Gym Class – Month



This gym class is for pregnant and postpartum mums (babies are welcome)

Every Tuesday for four weeks at 9.30am, block starting 18th July.

How many?

4 x 1 hour small group PT classes


  • Small group personal training, up to 6 people
  • Join us for four weeks of programmed strength & conditioning workouts designed for pregnant and postpartum mamas
  • All exercises can be modified and adjusted for what your body needs
  • Guided by a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist
  • In a private gym
  • There is a new program every four weeks

Classes are non-transferable and must be used within this four week block.

You can also join for a one off session.


Complimentarty 1:1 session

When you join with a four week block you’ll also receive a complimentary 30 minute consultation with Lucy before the block starts. This is only available on your first purchase.
