Every Tuesday for four weeks at 9.30am, starting 13th June.
Join us for four weekly programmed strength & conditioning gym class designed for pregnant and postpartum mamas. All exercises can be modified and adjusted for what your body needs, guided by a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. Classes are non-transferable and must be used within this four week block.
