Every Tuesday for four weeks at 9.30am

How many?

1 x 1 hour small group PT classes


  • Private small group personal training, up to 6 people
  • Programmed strength & conditioning designed for pregnant and postpartum mamas
  • All exercises can be modified and adjusted for what your body needs
  • Guided by a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist
  • Private gym
  • There is a new program every four weeks

Classes are non-transferable and must be used within four weeks
