You can and you can do it feeling confident with a qualified pre & post natal trainer. We work 1:1 with our ladies to provide an individual program, tailored to you, your pregnancy and exercise experience.
You can be confident that you are doing whats best for your body at every stage of your pregnancy. Our aim is to keep you as active as possible, help your body strengthen with the increasing demands of your growing bump and help you prepare for the birth of your baby.

Where can you train?
Southcote is a small private gym, so at any one time there will only be four people in the gym.

Core The Gym
Core is located in The Mall shopping center and is a large gym with everything you could ever need.
Core The Gym, The Mall Maidstone, ME14 1BW
You can train in the comfort of your own home and we can bring the equipment.
If you’re within 5 miles of Maidstone there is no extra charge, if your outside there is a small travel fee.
