New style progressive fitness class for mama’s. Designed to help recovery, boost body confidence and build strong and functional bodies, to help you take on motherhood.

This class is delivered by a qualified pre & post natal personal trainer and mum. Everything is relaxed, you work to your pace and can stop whenever you need to, as we know little ones need feeding, changing and just a cuddle sometimes. There is also a safe place for them to play with lots of toys, we are on hand to help out as well if needed.

Working on your core, pelvic floor, posture, fitness and strength. We use a range of equipment and exercise techniques to get you to your 100%. Strengthening weakened areas and opening up tight ones. No experience is needed as this class is progressive.

Each class has a maximum of 8 ladies, so I can still give 1 to 1 support and adjust exercises as needed. You can meet like minded mamas, who are all there to feel good, get fi and recover strong. Its a brilliant way to do something for yourself.


All you need is internet connection and some space to move. Don’t worry you dont have to connect your camera and audio if you dont want to!

Our Restore & Recover class is live on a Wednesday 9.30-10.30 & on a Saturday 8-9am.

Our classes normally take place at Southcote Health Clinic’s studio in Maidstone on a Tuesday morning. When things are back to normal we will also be restarting our in person classes.
