As qualified a pre & post natal fitness specialist and mum myself, I have a deep understanding of what is happening with your body and what it needs. As well as the support you need mentally. Sometimes you also need someone to understand those uncomfortable feelings of your growing bump and the strange feeling of your new body after birth.

I offer both at home personal training within Maidstone and I also have a great facility at Southcote Proactive Healthcare in Maidstone. It’s a small private gym so it will only be us training. You can also bring your little one if you don’t have childcare.
