With both personal training and live classes you will be working with a qualified pre & post natal personal trainer, so you can be confident that everything you are doing is safe & effective for you at this time. You can find out more below!

Pregnancy Fitness Personal Trainer


Join us for our live pregnancy strength class to maintain fitness, mobility and build strength. Meet like minded-mama’s and prepare your body for birth & motherhood.

Saturdays 9.30-10.30am


Join us for our live restore & recover class, take time to help reconnect, restore & recover your body following pregnancy & birth. With focus on core, pelvic floor & full body strength, this class is suitable from 6 weeks all the way up to 6+ years post natal.

Saturdays 8-9am


If you would like something completely personal and bespoke, online personal training may be for you. You receive full support, including bi-weekly catch up calls, your own program designed for your goals and current pre/post needs. Along with our app to check in, track and view your workouts.

No, you don’t need any experience to join of our classes. They are all adaptable to your current fitness level and stage in pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

No, you dont need any equipment! Everything is body weight for our classes & if you have equipment for personal training we can use it but it isn’t essential.

 Everyone completes a health & lifestyle questionnaire to screen and make sure it is safe for you to join in exercise. You can ask questions throughout and give me feedback about how it feels for you. Everything can be adapted for you.

Both our classes and personal training take place online via zoom. They normally take place at Southcote Proactive Healthcare in Maidstone.
