In the class you will
- Learn how to self test for diastasis recti
- Learn how to contract & relax your pelvic floor
- Feel amazing from a 20 minute workout to tone and build strength (suitable for all abilities)
- Understand where your body is tight and weak (& how to support it)
- Be able to ask any post partum questions you have
