I'm a Mum and Pre & Postnatal Specialist

I started SMC because I want to make clear, helpful and research backed advice easily accessible and understandable for mums. Something I didn’t have during my first pregnancy. You can do so much to help your body during this journey with the right information and guidance! 

Having been on my own journey I know the challenges that motherhood can bring both mentally and physically. I have completed a number of courses to learn as much as I can about pregnancy and postpartum exercise and I’m on a mission to share this with as many mum’s as I can!

My qualifications include:
