Welcome to Strong Mama Collective

We have created a community for mum’s & mums to be to exercise safely, feel confident and stay fit and healthy. Founded by Lucy, a mum and qualified pre & post natal specialist Personal Trainer.

We can support you with personal training, online training and progressive programmed exercise classes, with the option to bring your little one along, as childcare can be tricky!

Focusing on the changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postnatally, we work with you every step of the way as your body changes, helping you feel like you. We’d love to hear from you and support you on your mama journey.

  • positive review  I really enjoyed my first round of group classes with Lucy, it’s great that I was able to take my baby with me and Lucy had lots of toys to distract the babies! I loved the classes and felt such a difference after just the 6 weeks, she explains each exercise really clearly and where you should be feeling it, which I found really helpful. Lucy was great at getting me to think about my posture, how I hold my chunky little boy and how I can improve posture and engage my core muscles. Lucy is also really easy to chat to during the class and great getting to meet other mummies ? Looking forward to the online classes now!

Hey, I’m Lucy! I'm a qualified Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer in Maidstone and I’m super passionate about helping mama’s feel amazing.

As a mum I also know what it's like to continue exercising while your pregnant and how it feels as your body changes postpartum.

I've been on my own journey and that’s why I love supporting mums every step of the way to provide safe and effective exercise, to help you feel empowered and confident.
