For pregnant and postpartum women, suitable for all abilities (babies are welcome).

J-Active Fitness Centre, 7 The Butts, Loddiswell, Kingsbridge, TQ7 4SL (private gym).

When?

Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am

What?

  • Small group personal training, up to 6 people
  • Join us for four weeks of programmed strength & conditioning workouts designed for pregnant and postpartum mamas
  • All exercises can be modified and adjusted for what your body needs
  • Guided by a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist
  • In a private gym
  • There is a new program every four weeks

Classes are non-transferable and must be used within this four week block.
