We have created a community for mum’s & mums to be to exercise safely, feel confident and stay fit and healthy. Founded by a mum and qualified pre & post natal specialist Personal Trainer.

We offer both personal training and progressive programmed fitness classes, with the option to bring your little one along, as childcare can be tricky!

Focusing on the changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postnatally, we work with you every step of the way as your body changes. We’d love to hear from you and support you on your mama journey.

When you are ready & your doctor gives the go ahead, we can work with you to help restrengthen, recover and restore your body. We start slowly and cover a range of checks from posture to mobility to help you get to your 100% and beyond.

Hey, I’m Lucy! I’m a qualified Pre and Postnatal Personal Trainer and new mum to my little boy, Henry. I started Strong Mama Co, as I’m super passionate about helping mama’s feel amazing.

We are all about safe fitness that creates strong and functional bodies in motherhood, helping you feel body confident and ready to take on life. You know what your body is capable of and with time, patience and focus you can achieve anything.

I am here to support you every step of the way and help you with the personal advise and training you need.

Do you want to re-strengthen, recover and restore your body following birth? Join our small & friendly class of 8 mama’s max. Little ones are welcome. Suitable from 6 weeks post delivery or 10 weeks c-section.
