My 6 week Strong After Baby class will help you return to postpartum fitness, regain your strength and meet other like hearted mums.

I really enjoyed my first round of group classes with Lucy, it’s great that I was able to take my baby with me and Lucy had lots of toys to distract the babies! I loved the classes and felt such a difference after just the 6 weeks, she explains each exercise really clearly and where you should be feeling it, which I found really helpful. Lucy was great at getting me to think about my posture, how I hold my chunky little boy and how I can improve posture and engage my core muscles. Lucy is also really easy to chat to during the class and great getting to meet other mummies ? Looking forward to the online classes now!

Pre + Postnatal Fitness Specialist & Mum
I started SMC because I want to make clear, helpful and research based advice easily accessible and understandable for mums. Something I didn’t have during my first pregnancy.
You can do so much to help your body during this journey with the right information and guidance!
Having been on my own journey I know the challenges that motherhood can bring both mentally and physically. I have completed a number of courses to learn as much as I can about pregnancy and postpartum exercise and I’m on a mission to share this with as many mum’s as I can!
My qualifications include:
- Personal Trainer
- Adapting Exercise for Ante Natal and Post Natal Clients
- Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist
