Our aim is to build a community for mum’s & mums to be to exercise safely, feel motivated and be empowered to take their fitness and body confidence into their own hands. Founded by a mum and qualified Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer.

We offer personal training and unique fitness classes, with the option to bring your little one along, as childcare can be tricky!

Focusing on the changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postnatally, we work with you every step of the way as your body changes. We’d love to hear from you and support you on your mama journey.

We can work with you from the moment you want to try for little one and through all three trimesters. Providing safe and effective workouts to keep you fit, strong and ready for birth & life as a new mum.

When you are ready or when your doctor gives the go ahead, we can work with you to help restrengthen, recover and restore your body. We start slowly and cover a range of checks from posture to mobility to help you get to your 100% and beyond.

Founded by a mum for mums.

Hey, I’m Lucy! I am a qualified Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer and I’m passionate about helping mama’s feel amazing.

I believe you don’t need to ‘get your old body back’, you have a phenomenal body that has not only grown your baby, but birthed & nurtured it! You have seen first hand what your body is capable of, you know the change that is possible and you can achieve anything you put your mind to.

I am here to support you every step of the way and help you with the personal advise you need.

Do you want to re-strengthen, recover and restore your body following birth? Join our small & friendly class of 8 mama’s max. Little ones are welcome. Suitable from 6 weeks post delivery or 10 weeks c-section.
